Welcome to Paul Weddell's BBC Alive
This site is dedicated to the BBC Microcomputer marketed by Acorn computers in the mid-1980s. Support and advice can be found here. Whether it's a hardware or software problem BBC Alive hopes to point you in the right direction with an answer or solution. The BBC micro was a versatile machine. BBC BASIC was built in allowing you to control sound and graphics. The Electron was a cut down version. We do not offer tutorials here but information, help and support. Whilst we aim to publish information here to provide assistance we also provide an email contact. However, please do not expect an immediate reply as your problem may take a while to research. Any advice is provided on an "as is" basis and for the BBC micro only in one or more of its forms. Where a technical solution or answer applies to more than one BBC micro model this is indicated.
